The Library has two stereo audience recordings.
The first is, for the most part, an outstanding stereo audience recording. The audience chatter and
revelry are likely to become a bit of an annoyance at times. Initially, I found it quite difficult to
shut out two chaps aimlessly chatting away during certainly the finest performance of Gates of Eden I
can recall. Mind Blowing! Otherwise, clean, complete, crisp, and problem free. Very well done,
indeed. Thanks, Spencer! Dubbed 05/10/00. 110 min. Request 0003311.
The second is compromised only by a MiniDisc skip. Damian, who recorded the performance, provided
following information: "03/31/00 Mayo Civic Center, Rochester, MN All daud 2cdr Front Of Board 6th row
center. Core Sound Binaurals Sharp702MD Master MD's Digitally transferred. Sony standalone MD home
deck toslink cable HHb professional CDR recorder (notes: One small skip in tuib [Tangled Up In Blue]
happened when a guy in front of me bumped my recorder. about a half second gap closed on discs by Bob
Spilski who did the digital transfers for me)." Clean, complete, crisp, and problem free. Thanks,
Damian. Dubbed 02/14/01. 110 min. Request 0003312.
