A very rough audience recording, compromised by clipped sets, occasional
distortion and obtrusive audience chatter, tape hiss, variation in tape speed
and volume level. There's some feedback and volume variation during Mr.
Tambourine Man. The beginning of Eight Miles High is clipped as is You're
Gonna Make Me Lonesome. Cardiff Rose, Diamonds And Rust, and Blowing In The
Wind suffer from distortion, attributable to variable tape speed. You're A Big
Girl Now drops out and is clipped midway through.
Dear Abby and Asshole From Texas are by Kinky Friedman; Eight Miles High,
Cardiff Rose, Lover Of The Bayou, and Chestnut Mare are by Roger McGuinn; Do
Right Woman Do Right Man, Ain't Gonna Let Nobody Turn Me Around, Love Is A Pain
In The Ass, The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down, Softer And Sweeter To Me,
Dancing In The Streets, and Diamonds And Rust are by Joan Baez. Silver Mantis
is by T-Bone J. Henry Burnett.
In spite of all its warts, this is a complete Rolling Thunder performance -
the only one of its kind in the Library at the time of this writing. Thanks,
Glenn! Dubbed by GL 07/??/97. 2 x 100 min.
