The Library has two recordings.
The first is a very good stereo audience recording, compromised only by low volume levels during the first minute and 20 seconds or so of the tape. The taper, Chris, observed: "A few comments about the 8/16/97 show I sent you: the levels are very low at the beginning, by the first chorus of the first song the sound improves greatly. The levels are high during Leopard, Rolling Stone, and Rainy Day Women. I taped this show myself with a Sony D7 portable DAT recorder." Clean, complete, crisp and problem free. A very nice tape. Thanks, Chris! Dubbed 09/08/98. 100 min.
The second is a poor (The trader wrote: "It sounds pretty bad, actually.") audience recording
compromised by just enough distortion to make for rather rough head set listening. Not to bad a
listen, though, with speakers, especially after fiddling with the graphic equalizer. A rough
edit between Tangled Up In Blue and Cocaine Blues results in the clipping of the last second or
two of the former and the first second or two of the latter. Another rough edit falls between
Like A Rolling Stone and Forever Young resulting in the clipping of the last second of the
former. Dubbed by PL 09/??/97 100 min.
